Well folks…it’s here. Literally today….The big 4-0. I’m not exactly thrilled about it, but I guess being on spring break and enjoying a beautiful day (it snowed this day last year) instead of doing lunch duty with 300 teenagers and being trapped inside all day, is definitely a plus! I think back to the days of “real” spring break….uh…in 1999, when a group of my college friends went to Cancun for a week. Now THAT was spring break. Is it too good to be true that spring is actually here? I know it’s actually “here,” but has it every really felt like spring yet? When I left work today my car said it was 71 degrees out! I couldn’t believe it. Now, as I say that, the temperature is definitely dropping as I sit here and type.
